Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems, cycle counts, and accuracy protocols
- Implement safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient receiving, picking, and shipping processes
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS systems and automation equipment
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop flexible work schedules that align with business needs and employee preferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency with WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment
