Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and staging products for shipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
