Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including reach trucks and pallet jacks) to move, locate, and stock merchandise.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify counts against packing slips, and inspect for damage before storing.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Log daily activities accurately in warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a significant plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
