Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently using forklifts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks according to safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Reliable attendance and flexibility for shifts (Day/Night available).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- License: A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attitude: A willingness to learn and a strong safety mindset.
