Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products, materials, and supplies to and from storage areas, production areas, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient for operations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report findings immediately.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, conveyors) safely and efficiently following all OSHA guidelines.
- Package and label goods appropriately for shipping and storage.
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (inventory software experience a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
