Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock placement using state-of-the-art warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and handling of goods.
- Assist in the preparation and packing of customer orders, verifying order accuracy and completeness before dispatch.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible overnight schedule (typically 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for qualified candidates.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
