Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to track stock levels in real-time.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts and heavy machinery (certification a major plus).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
