Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies
- Organize warehouse storage to maximize space utilization
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely operations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) with certification
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with physical demands
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
