Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment provided by the company
- Load/unload shipments using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect equipment daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with provided equipment assistance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
