Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accuracy of inventory counts.
- Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Operate heavy machinery safely, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training if needed).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Valid driver's license may be required for warehouse shuttle duties.
