Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and update stock records using our inventory management software.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for domestic and international distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in adherence to OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Certified forklift operator (CDL Class A/B not required but a plus).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret shipping documents.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
