Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize stock in an efficient and accessible manner to facilitate workflow.
- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus; training available for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
