Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and conveyors, ensuring proper handling of all products.
- Inventory Management: Check, count, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damage or defects and report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, timesheets, and inventory reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Licensing: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (we will train if you have a clean driving record).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a busy warehouse environment.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
