Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling role
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
