Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage or production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and labeling orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift) safely and perform routine equipment inspections.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a material handler, warehouse associate, or forklift operator is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
