Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming materials in designated warehouse zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory throughout the facility
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications while maintaining quality control
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
