Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move raw materials, finished goods, and equipment throughout the facility
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment with OSHA compliance
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Prepare and organize shipments for timely dispatch while maintaining quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience
- OSHA-certified forklift operator license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
