Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store incoming/outgoing materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct pre-shift inspections
- Verify inventory counts and document transactions in our WMS system
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Package and label materials accurately for shipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
