Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for scanning and logging products.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a major plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
