Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan items and verify inventory counts.
- Ensure all workstations are clean, organized, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Move pallets and heavy loads using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
