Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and quality to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce returns.
- Label packages correctly according to shipping guidelines and carrier requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and logistics coordinators to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or logistics role is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
