Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Package and prepare products for shipment or delivery to customers.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse workspace to maintain efficiency.
- Assist in stock rotation, cycle counting, and quality control checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and entering data.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
