Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, trailers, and shipping docks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and counting inventory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
