Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers, storage areas, and workstations using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts against production records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements and shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S safety standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update stock levels.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all incoming and outgoing freight.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable but we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
