Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and conveyors using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and document damages.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and stand-up forklifts, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding order status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory management.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
