Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and perform routine equipment inspections.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus; however, we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory tasks.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A/B) is highly preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
