Job Overview
The Material Handler will be responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of inventory within our state-of-the-art facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and stage products for shipment using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is highly desirable.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
