Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory quantities and accuracy by performing cycle counts and maintaining detailed logs.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage racks to optimize workflow.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
