Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming stock against invoices and purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain warehouse aisles to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Reach Trucks) safely according to standard operating procedures.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock audits.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
