Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
- Package and label materials according to company safety and shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads and logistics coordinators to meet daily production goals.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
