Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and reconciling stock counts against digital manifests.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all paperwork is accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanner technology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required for vehicle operation).
