Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and purchase orders.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated areas to ensure optimal space utilization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting processes as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Valid driver’s license (if driving company vehicle).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
