Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to transport goods.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using RF scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
