Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and stage materials to ensure accurate inventory placement.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory and process orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S protocols.
- Pack and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
