Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Organize stock in an efficient manner to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and update records accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be reliable with a history of good attendance.
