Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize returns.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments and documentation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to obtain a forklift certification (training available).
