Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, packages, and products safely and efficiently using hand trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage locations.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management systems to track stock movements in real-time.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets and shipping schedules.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software or scanners is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
