Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load, unload, and move products safely.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to production schedules and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus.
- Certified forklift operator license (certification provided if no prior experience).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners is preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime as needed.
