Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using WMS systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain optimal levels.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Unload inbound trucks and verify shipments against bills of lading.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
