Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Prepare customer orders by selecting items from the warehouse floor and packaging them for shipment.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by stacking and arranging stock.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, pick lists, and shipping paperwork.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and adapt to warehouse operations.
