Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling, coding, and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and powered stackers, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Process returns and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
