Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
