Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for distribution using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the workspace adheres to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team lead to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in general warehouse maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
