Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy against purchase orders.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory levels in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and preparation of items for distribution.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be reliable and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
