Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to shipping manifests and safety protocols.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and update warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Inspect freight for damage and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required for hire).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled facility.
