Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, sort, and distribute incoming shipments to correct locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus (training available).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
