Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, count, and record incoming and outgoing inventory using barcode scanners.
- Picking and Packing: Retrieve orders and prepare them for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery including forklifts (certification provided upon completion of training).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; however, we value attitude and work ethic over formal education.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and log data accurately.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Training: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
