Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect received and shipped goods for damage, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and throughput goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as sweeping, organizing, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to participate in our paid training program.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
