Your Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized storage areas.
- Package and label shipments according to company standards.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding stock levels and logistics issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move raw materials and finished goods.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and report hazardous conditions.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1+ years in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended shifts.
- License: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (preferred).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills.
