Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks with precision and care.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize storage.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse management regarding inventory levels and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
